As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you’ll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you’ll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot.
