Job Description

Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. Develops discipline related curricula, assess student learning, participates in program evaluation, and college activities. Maintains college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.

Work schedule varies according to teaching assignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or Organizational Management

OR

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or Organizational Management or Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or Organizational Management

OR

Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, English, Organizational Leadership, Marketing, Law or Legal Studies.
