We are looking for passionate and client-service oriented individuals to join our team! As one of the first touch-points for customers in Thailand; the Customer Care Associate’s (CCA) role is to provide top class luxurious service in-line with the brand’s vision. Your mission is to provide accessibility and exceptional customer services by developing client-centric propositions, elevating and maintaining the consistency of customer experiences in order to provide seamless services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the brand’s full range of products and services
  • Handle customer enquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner decisions in consideration of the policies and procedures within the Service Level Agreement
  • Proactively drive customers to boutiques and connect customers with the appropriate boutique colleagues to ensure the most luxurious customer journey
  • Keep in mind customers’ satisfaction as a core service value in daily decisions and behavior
  • Be able to multi-task on various systems whilst independently handling calls, waiting list transactions, emails and live chat in regard to a wide range of requests
  • Ensure clear and accurate data capture, be able to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers’ voices
  • Handle customer’s feedback/complaint in a timely and effective way, identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and regularly share with Retail teams
  • Ensure clear and complete handover of cases to all relevant internal and external parties

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in luxury retail, hotels, concierge services, call center and live chat preferred
  • Candidates with experience in customer center, E-Commerce is highly preferred
  • Mature and logical, with critical thinking and courageous in making sound decisions
  • Outstanding written and fluent verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Strong computer and typing skills. CRM tool experience is a plus
  • The ability to learn on the fly and perform under ambiguity
  • Possess a collaborative and team spirit nature
  • Self-driven, have flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
