About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance and as the Lead Nurture & Marketing Technology Manager, you will develop and support the execution of a robust framework that increases the propensity to buy, by establishing relationships with the prospects of Optus Business.
Being the Lead, you will be accountable for the implementation of an optimisation strategy framework across a variety of initiatives, including always-on further journeys and the lead scoring program.
This role will work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure alignment across lead generation, customer marketing, and platform enablement. Demonstrating on sound technical understanding, this role will also act as the link between business and technical partners to deliver highly complex initiatives to drive increased leads and conversions.
Based at our Macquarie Park Campus, this is a permanent full-time position supporting support technical resources with platform integration to ensure technological capabilities, whilst you Deliver and lead the technical enablers to increase cross-sell, optimisation, and personalisation across channels such as Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-Journey messaging.
