About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance and as the Lead Nurture & Marketing Technology Manager, you will develop and support the execution of a robust framework that increases the propensity to buy, by establishing relationships with the prospects of Optus Business.

Being the Lead, you will be accountable for the implementation of an optimisation strategy framework across a variety of initiatives, including always-on further journeys and the lead scoring program.

This role will work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure alignment across lead generation, customer marketing, and platform enablement. Demonstrating on sound technical understanding, this role will also act as the link between business and technical partners to deliver highly complex initiatives to drive increased leads and conversions.

Based at our Macquarie Park Campus, this is a permanent full-time position supporting support technical resources with platform integration to ensure technological capabilities, whilst you Deliver and lead the technical enablers to increase cross-sell, optimisation, and personalisation across channels such as Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-Journey messaging.

Key responsible:

  • Support data capture initiatives, assisting in programs to drive channels opt-in into personalised journeys
  • streamlined operational processes to ensure ongoing improvements to the lead life cycle from scoring to nurturing, routing, and reporting
  • Create all supporting tools, briefing packs, customer offers, incentives etc. to maximise success of campaigns
  • Support technical resources with platform integration to ensure technological capabilities enable marketing goals
  • Implementing matrix management and driving a strategy across a customer focused structure
  • Ability to move from an environment of low maturity to higher levels of maturity across people capability, processes, tools, delivery approaches utilized and ways of working

About You:

  • Proven automation and lead further experience with a track record of defining and delivering projects at scale
  • Experience in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and automation journey design and development
  • Further the journey and content optimisation experience
  • Understanding of acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns within a marketing automation
  • Proven experience with a Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data from various sources to use in decision-making (Googleanalytics, Tableau, SalesForce reporting, Power BI and advanced Excel experience)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation platform
  • Excellent communication - clearly and confidently convey messages and requirements to business and tech teams, and be able to bring non-technical partners along the journey with you
