• Share beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques and tips with clients to inspire them to use Chanel’s makeup products 
• Coach and offer makeup tips to Beauty Advisors
• Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit and grow client return rates
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for client
