We offer remote work in one of our hubs ( Germany, Poland, France, UK, Canada and US). You can be based in one of those countries and work fully remotely. 

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Group. This group consists of teams which are working on API Platform, Integrations Platform, Communications Platform, Data & Insights Platform, Search Platform and our Core Profile.

We are building the technology that enables SmartRecruiters to learn quickly and scale easily to enable rapid business growth. We work cross-functionally to empower our Experience teams by providing easy-to-use capabilities and guidance. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional, small and independent team, and work with other product domains along with key stakeholders to establish the foundations that support our mission to connect people to jobs at scale.

You have a deep understanding of user-first feature development, experience with SaaS products, and a passion to change recruiting forever. Your ability to research, be creative, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product.

You’ll join a supportive, diverse group of talented product managers, designers and engineers in the US, UK, Germany, and Poland. 

What you will do:

• Working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data scientists and product marketing to deliver a world-class product
• Driving the product discovery together with your product triad (engineering and design)
• Develop a strong product strategy to foster our growth and build prototypes by using qualitative and quantitative research to operationalize it
• Working with data to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes
• Creating an experimental mindset with product teams to allow fast product knowledge generation
• Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders of the impact and opportunity ahead

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in SaaS and B2B environments
• Self-starter with with an appetite and ability to own a large part of the product
• A user-centric mindset and a deep understanding of user-first feature development
• Ability to turn complexity and uncertainty into awesomeness
• Penchant for data-informed decision-making; passionate about metric definition and can cut through complex data to tell a compelling story
• Ability to set and prioritize initiatives while working across teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders
• Dedication and ability to learn independently and as part of a team
• Keen interest in technological innovation
• Attention to detail and can effectively influence to drive amazing UX
• Experience in product internationalisation, or in building for global audiences preferred
