About the Role:
Due to our growth, we have a newly created role to help support the Senior Director of National Sales in managing, holding accountable and ensuring the on-time delivery of strategic and tactical sales initiatives that are critical in delivering the growth.
Based within our Optus Macquarie Park Campus and on a 6-month fixed term basis, you will develop our sales program/project plan – this will require collaborating closely and co-ordinating with different initiative owners across sales to lock in key achievements, delivery dates, budgets, and outcomes. You will Provide counsel and support to initiative owners on mitigating risk – break down and hold owners accountable to getting projects with risk back on track.
We're looking for an influencer, self-starter someone that applies sound commercial judgment in all decision-making and managerial activities, leading to organisational growth, drives efficiency across the organisation by linking and demonstrating the strengths of the existing systems and processes and leading effectively across all functions.
