About the Role:
As the National Manager Partner Operations, you will work closely with the national sales teams and key customers within Optus Business. The role will take the lead in developing and operationalising sales frameworks designed to drive consistently commitment.
A key focus will be to ensure the execution of all sales initiatives across the channel. You will work proactively with key customers within the channel to ensure initiatives are fit for purpose and successfully embedded. They will be responsible for seeking out opportunities for improving sales performance across the partner network, driving a dynamic and proactive approach to sales performance.
Based within our Optus Macquarie Park Campus, the role will build relationships with both internal and external partners, along with the presence and impact to lead, influence and negotiate outcomes with key stakeholders.
We're looking for an influencer, self-starter someone that can resolve key challenges that arise on a day-to-day basis. You will be a negotiator and can drive negotiated outcomes that are satisfactory to the team and wider business.
