Reporting to the AD, Group Credit Risk (GCR) Transformation, you will be coordinating SME expertise across Group Credit Risk through virtual working groups to capture and document requirements and facilitate impact assessments. Your will also support the development and implementation of programs and initiatives within the Group Credit Risk team.
You will bridge the gap between EPMO, IT and agile squads across the business to assess process design and provide input into forums for both internally led and external programs. Your role will coordinate quarterly planning, and be responsible for tracking milestones, managing team capacity, and keeping the forward plan up to date. You will provide financial benefits (case development) of new programs/initiatives, as well as conduct PIRs to pick up any abnormalities and work with key collaborators to provide the expected financial outcome and recommendations.
You will also be key support to Capex budgeting to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
