Inside Sales Representative

Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do

• Responsible for selling company products and/or services via telephone, position carries an individual or team quota 
• Develops and expands more complex sales accounts within established business segment or geographical region
• Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales and margin quotas
• Maximizing true TAM within set account base
• Has detailed knowledge of all accounts and has strong relationships within all levels at these accounts
• Maintain written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts.
• Work extensively with internal SYNNEX teams to offload repetitive tasks
• Assist sales supervisor or manager on other sales projects
• Lead, cross train and mentor other Sales Reps in sales principles, practices and technology
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
• Able to manage reseller projects and roll outs

Your passion is sparked by:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment within technology, or equivalent education/experience
• Demonstrated business communication skills, including but not limited to verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and/or value added resellers (VARS) is highly desirable
• Experience in computer peripheral sales, retail sales, telesales or similar industry experience is preferred

Hiring Base Salary Range:

$37,440- $66,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
