Paul Davis, the highest-rated and most reviewed restoration company in the Pacific Northwest is excited to invite an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our industry-leading PM team. Placing a premium on our quality, integrity, and client-centric passion, we are seeking a like-minded team member who will help drive our organization to the next level! 

What you’ll do in this role…

• Successfully manage multiple restoration projects with goals of being on time, on budget, and having a “wow” customer experience. 
• Complete project life cycle to include on-site meetings, planning, scheduling, executing, and final close-out of each job.
• Collaborate with Estimating/Planning team in the preparation and execution of multiple projects.
• Establish and oversee project conditions (i.e., quality workmanship, client relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople). 

Skills you will need:

• 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience required
• 5+ years in hands-on construction or trades work preferred
• Strong Planning/Scheduling skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to multi-task

Compensation & Benefits: 

60-150k base + commission plan as well as an industry-leading benefits package which includes a 401k plan with an employer match and much more!

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
