The Senior Commercial Analyst will provide commercial input into the development and assessment of pricing strategies and initiatives for a portfolio consumer product, and strategic projects and product development for the entire Branded portfolio.

In this high profile role, you will proactively engage with Senior Management, Sales & Marketing as well as the customer to develop pricing strategies & structures that meet customer requirements while delivering against Consumer financial & non-financial targets for these customer portfolios driving sustainable, profitable growth.

You will also contribute to key initiatives and product launch propositions to be presented to Senior Management, plus develop an understanding of their customers’ strategy, requirements, market positioning and their business model, as well as their strategic fit within consumer and performance against targets.

Your skills & background

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Engineering/Commerce, and if you are a CA or CPA, this would be phenomenal!
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Commercial Analyst role with experience in business case development and financial modelling and evaluation;
  • Experience in Telecommunications advantageous, but experience in a fast paced services industry will be suitable; &
  • Outstanding customer management, problem-solving, and numerical / analysis expertise.
