Kiko Milano is currently hiring part-time Beauty Advisors. You will use your makeup artistry and skincare knowledge to educate clients on how to use Kiko Milano products. Through this knowledge, you will be successful in our retail setting by building a dedicated client base that will look to you for the latest makeup tips and trends.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and other key performance indicators such as (p+, upt, conversion) as determined by the Company.
  • Provide excellent customer service as per Company standards which are outlined in our Kiko Milano Store Book.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Kiko USA products, including materials, inventory levels, and Company history.
  • Effectively communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to generate sales.
  • Build a list of clients by collecting names and information in your clientele book as per Company policy. Encourage future purchases through frequent contact by writing thank you notes, phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Store Maintenance and Other Duties
  • Ensure that the store always meets Company standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, and housekeeping as directed by your manager.
  • Develop a full understanding of the retail store’s computer and point-of-sale systems to efficiently ring sales transactions and perform other required functions such as receiving, transferring merchandising and sending merchandise to customers.
  • Responsible for reporting float & processing closing deposit (if applicable)
  • Assist with receiving stock and inventory as needed.
  • Protect store assets and inventory through an awareness of loss prevention procedures.
  • Comply with all Company policies outlined in our Manual with regards to dress code, discounts, conduct, etc.
  • All other duties as required by your manager.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior sales experience in retail industry preferred with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Understanding of retail store operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills to include a retail point-of-sale software system a plus.

  • Adaptability/Resilience. Can effectively perform a wide variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice and can deal with customers in a fast-paced, high-volume, and competitive environment.
