About the role
This position is accountable for driving strong leadership and a high level of engagement within their BA team and Core Teams. This role will be accountable for the effectiveness and quality of customer experience, brand and User experience frameworks with programs, business requirements gathering, management and verification work within a program. Key activities/deliverables are scope definition, detailed business requirements, managing change requirements, assessing alternative solutions, defining customer experience impacts, testing and business continuity planning.
In addition, this role requires someone with an ability to deal with changing and/or conflicting priorities and taking responsibility for determination of outcomes in Optus' best interests. The role will be managing multiple initiatives, priorities and stakeholders across Consumer Australia requiring proven leadership and the ability to actively foster strong working relationships
