Key Responsibilities:  

  • Maintaining system and network related inventory 
  • Daily upkeep of IT ticket queue
  • Maintain & organized office and distribution frames  
  • Inspect all IT Assets for usability 
  • Department of Defense data wipe old devices for recycling 
  • Assist with Tier 1 help desk support at both office locations 
  • Project based tasks 

Job Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple high priority tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, great work ethic  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Administration of Office365, Azure & InTune admin portals 
  • Understanding of network topology  
  • Ability to install and configure Windows & MAC OS 
  • Install, upgrade, license troubleshoot applications on Windows and Apple devices 

Technical Skills:  

  • Active Directory
  • Office365 administration
  • Cloud platform administration
  • Windows 10 
  • Mac OS 
  • Understanding of Windows & Mac desktop in a network environment 
  • Android & Apple handheld devices 

Weekly hours - 40, Monday – Friday

Occasional off hour and weekend work will be required.
