Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining system and network related inventory
- Daily upkeep of IT ticket queue
- Maintain & organized office and distribution frames
- Inspect all IT Assets for usability
- Department of Defense data wipe old devices for recycling
- Assist with Tier 1 help desk support at both office locations
- Project based tasks
Job Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to prioritize multiple high priority tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, great work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
- Administration of Office365, Azure & InTune admin portals
- Understanding of network topology
- Ability to install and configure Windows & MAC OS
- Install, upgrade, license troubleshoot applications on Windows and Apple devices
Technical Skills:
- Active Directory
- Office365 administration
- Cloud platform administration
- Windows 10
- Mac OS
- Understanding of Windows & Mac desktop in a network environment
- Android & Apple handheld devices
Weekly hours - 40, Monday – Friday
Occasional off hour and weekend work will be required.
