Our creative team, based in Berlin, is responsible for the entire process from the development of our private label collections to the launch. The team, consisting of designers, apparel technicians and buyers, always keeps an eye on the latest trends and upcoming top sellers.
As Buying Assistant (m/f/d) Exclusive Collections (Private Label) you support our buyers in product development and collection planning of womenswear / menswear collections in collaboration with well-known influencers from the fashion world.
Responsibilities
- Support the Buying and Design team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Support in confirming order quantities, sales prices and assortment planning
- Assist in analyzing product line performance and deriving optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with design team in developing seasonal pricing adjustments to align profitability and profit margin with our objectives
- Participate in the control and implementation of sourcing and development of products
- Participate in customer and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Studies in the field of textiles or business administration or comparable training
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- A structured approach to work and enjoy administrative tasks
- Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce
- Motivation, flexibility and attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality
