We are currently seeking a Derivatives Negotiation Lawyer to work with our financial institutions client base. 

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a team player with prior experience in corporate and financial institutions. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex terms and share with various stakeholders in a simple and effective manner. 
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with other internal departments. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience within a corporate or financial institution related to ISDA documentation. 
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Derivatives Master Agreements.
• Experience supporting trading desks in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation, Benefits & Location: 

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $125,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
