Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must pass a fitness test to wear respirator protection.
• Ability to use power tools: Reading a tape measure and other measuring tools.
• Working with hands on mechanical tasks.
• Following instructions, given either verbally or in writing.
• Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Squat/kneel, twist/turn, and stand/walk for majority of the day. 
• Ability to work in a team-based environment safely.

Additional Preferred qualifications:

• Any experience spraying/chopping Fiberglass 
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
