Required Qualifications
Proper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience) Rehab Optima (Net Health) Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start) COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
