This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Dates: Friday 4/2, Monday 4/11, Tuesday 4/12, and Tuesday 4/19
• Schedule: Clinic Hours Monday 8a - 5p, Tuesday 9a - 6p, Wednesday 8a - 5p, Thursday 9a - 6p, Friday 8a - 5p
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3-5 days
• Must have an active Minnesota state license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
