You as a Design Engineer, will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in the Bangkok; Thailand. Your responsibilities

• Generate design and detailed engineering deliverables for a particular engineering discipline.
• Produce or modify engineering deliverables for equipment, systems or installations for low to medium complexity engineering assignments.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering documentation including drawings and calculations.
• Create engineering drawings, specifications and plans through the application of standard processes.
• Contribute to design reviews and design verification and present it for approval.
• Follow work plans and cost estimates and deliver the agreed program on time, on quality and at targeted cost.
• Use standard processes and tools including 2D drafting and 3D modelling software packages and assist in developing new methodologies.

Your background

• To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in Electrical / Power Engineering with 0-3 years of experience in electrical design.
• The role will ideally suit someone with good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, CAD.
