As an Associate Project Manager, you are expected to implement project independently in PGTR in Shanghai, China. Reporting to the Project Management Leader, you will enhance customer satisfaction and meet company financial requirement by achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.

Your responsibilities

• You will establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically.
• You will take responsibility of daily project management activity including required delivery date and product drawing confirm, manufacturing schedule, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments.
• You will be in charge of change of scope and delivery date, following company’s process on change management.
• You will build and maintain customer relationship by working closely with FES and Hub Sales.
• You will coordinate internal supporting function, especially with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing departments for timing and costing control.
• You will initiate, maintain, track & complete relevant PM process, such as Business Administration, Financial Control, Logistics & Audit.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or electrical/automatic control/mechanical.
• More than 5 years of work experience, minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system, proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understand general financial knowledge.
• Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities.
• Excellent skills in organization and coordination, keep good communication with other functions, focus on team working and result oriented.
