Hitachi Energy is seeking a On-Site Support Regional Manager. Hitachi Energy IT have initiated an IT Transformation program for the set up and migration to a new “stand alone” global IT environment. We are looking for a talented IT individual to be part of building and operating a new IT function equipped to meet our future needs. As a newly formed IT organization with green field approaches to Infrastructure and Service Integration, HE IT intends to provide an outstanding, consistent IT service and user experience by the implementation of our On-site services. This is crucial to support the organizations’ efforts to continuously improve the efficiency and the value that IT creates for the business. The role of the On-Site Service Lead (Americas) is to liaise with all stakeholders within and outside of the IT organization, to understand what the requirements and pain points are, and to translate these requirements into business value and minimize any disruption to our business. The On-Site Service Lead manages the On-Site Service build up and operations for the Americas region.
