As a Ping Identity Software Quality Engineer, you will be involved in every facet of our critical business systems. You will design automated testing systems and quality control workflows to improve the efficiency and quality of our deliverables.

You will test and build automation and maintaining the infrastructure of one of the largest identity platforms in the world. We follow a DevOps model: Development and Operations teams are integrated, running continuous deployments, and the teams collaborate in the solution's development, testing, deployment, and operations

You Will:

  • Be a solid individual contributor on a high-output agile scrum development team.
  • Develop automated test suites to validate API, backend and frontend components.
  • Build test cases and test plans, and perform manual testing to find product issues in a SaaS environment.
  • Maintain and extend tools for functional testing, defect tracking and risk analysis.
  • Work with development and quality engineering peers in a team environment.
  • Report to the Information Systems Director.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience designing test automation for Salesforce UI, Experience Cloud, web services, APIs
  • 2+ years of experience running standard QA practices (black box testing, load testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
  • 2+ years of experience using OOP language such as C#.NET/Java or a specialist in test automation tools such as Selenium or other industry leading tool sets
  • 2+ years of experience Documenting and writing technical configurations, test instructions and how-to articles
  • 2+ years of experience testing in a DevOps environment
