A highly motivated customer-centric Director, Product Management (Core Platform) to own and lead the strategy for Tebra's Core Platform which is driving multiple initiatives across our product suite. We’re looking for a leader to engage customers, develop/refine the platform vision taking into consideration our platform and product strategies, execute the strategy, ensure platform performance and identify market trends and opportunities connected to our business strategy to continue to deliver value to our customers, grow our market share, and drive business results.

Your Area of Focus

  • Own and drive the evolution of Kareo’s Core platform, by fulfilling the company’s vision to deliver an innovative, modern user experience in which our products seamlessly integrate and drive value for our customers
  • Further define and drive our product strategy and maintain a three-year product roadmap aligned with the company’s growth plans
  • Think big and be bold while understanding market trends, and identify appropriate ways to incorporate into future product strategy
  • Lead the product road mapping, prioritization, development and execution of that strategy; own the related company-level OKRs
  • Be the voice of the user and leverage data, customer research to unlock new experiences and new features that deliver the full potential of the Kareo offering to our customers
  • Evangelize the platform features and capabilities within Kareo to internal stakeholders and customers with purpose and passion.
  • Harness the power of a cross-functional team to take a product from concept to launch and deliver great customer experiences
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional leaders & executives, understanding business drivers, market dynamics and competitive landscape to guide the product strategy and closely partner to drive new and base adoption and usage
  • Lead an organization of talented product managers through strategy, design, development, and launch of cutting-edge products while monitoring key metrics and measuring results
  • Attract, build and mentor a high-performance, customer-oriented product, design, and partner team with the optimal composition of skill level, commercial orientation, domain experience, and discrete areas of product ownership
  • Further extend a winning culture at Kareo where staff is engaged, challenged to succeed, and rewarded appropriately
  • Mentor and grow high-potential leadership within the organization
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization
  • Define and drive opportunities that contribute to the evolution, improvement, and sable of the product development organization both in terms of strategy and execution

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in product leadership focused on software applications
  • Proven track record as product leader at a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business
  • Prior experience developing products for SMB or consumer environments is a plus but not required
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to Design Systems, Microservice architecture, 
  • Entrepreneurial leader with proven track record of executing large, complex product initiatives 
  • Ability to structure and manage complex company-level projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at senior and junior levels including working with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, User Experience, Engineering 
  • Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Not only passionate about building a breakthrough product, but also very entrepreneurial and excited about building a new line of business within a growth stage company
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
  • Agile product management experience
  • Experience managing partnerships and strategic business relationships with third party companies.
  • Experience in Customer Research methodologies and proficiency in measuring the effectiveness of features that are implemented
  • A flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and move through ambiguity.
