To meet demand and growth from the market in northern parts of Sweden, we expand our team and looking for an Account Manager to join Sales & Marketing department Front End Sales in Hitachi Energy. You will either be based in Sundsvall or Luleå. Join us and become part of our winning team, where the culture is open and transparent and we all contribute to the team.

Your responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager you will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer responsibility in your region, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget to your costumers
  • High ability to create and develop customer relationships is an essential part of your role which requires a very high level of social competence to succeed
  • Drive the customer voices into our organization
  • Lead the account team in clarification meetings and negotiations with customers
  • Lead the customer meetings and propose suitable technical solutions
  • High focus on customer care commitment and responsiveness
  • Technical involvement in for example digital solutions and new applications
  • Service perspective with long term commitment to help our customers

Your background

  • To succeed in this role you have minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
  • It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish is required for this role
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • You act in a way that builds trust with your customers and have good understanding of their business thanks to your experience and social sills
  • You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills
  • You have experience of both project sales and service sales
