We are now looking for a people-oriented and driven leader who wants to take on a key role in the HVDC production development team. Your focus will be to lead the production development team to reach targets and challenge processes through continuous improvement. Your responsibilities

• As a Production Development Manager, your main mission is to coach and lead a team of 10 individuals, a driven group that all to strive for continuous improvements in HVDC
• Take part in the strategic development of the factory and ensure that the strategy is communicated, aligned, and implemented in your team.
• Support and motivate your team members in their career development as well as daily challenges.
• Have high focus on safety, quality, availability, productivity, and work environment aspects.
• In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will improve manufacturing flow and working methods, as well as machine optimization and production equipment
• The role is both operational and strategic with many contact areas on several levels in the organization.

Your background

• As a leader you are inspirational, a good listener, have open communication and support your team to translate the company vision into meaningful work.
• Your analytical skills enable you to define and prioritize the most important tasks for the factory and department.
• As a person you are innovative, have a strong will to improve and ability to think outside the box.
• You enjoy leading people as well as projects and handles changes with energy and engagement.
• You hold a university degree in engineering and are experienced in project management.
• You wish to grow in a leadership role. If you have experience of previous leadership roles or Lean Production, it is a merit.
• As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required. Swedish is preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders.
