This global business transformation initiative with a substantial digital component at its core is led and driven by the business with support from IT teams. Through the multi-year Reiwa program, we will design and implement harmonized cora and common business processes, enabled by a scalable and flexible state-of-the-art ERP -solution across Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will act as Excellent (EE) - project manager on the cluster level supporting the Cluster development manager (DPL) responsible for a cluster (set of countries). You will work closely with the Energy Cluster deployment manager as actively support in setting up/ managing the Reiwa development related tasks on the cluster level. Your responsibilities

  • Cluster level resources optimization, planning, identification of resource gaps, seek approvals and coordinate to onboard resources.
  • Ensure proper Onboarding and Offboarding of cluster resources.
  • Implements risk responsible plans, track identified risk monitor residual risks, ensure effective long of new risk, and track RAID (Risk, action, issue, and decision) process throughout the project in the cluster in alignment with the cluster manager of Infosys consultant.
  • Manage the Change Requests by evaluating the changes in scope of work in relation to the original scope, by providing business justification in alignment with the respective stakeholders.
  • Manage and prepare gate passing meetings proactively and accurately document the gate passing decisions for each gate in the cluster countries and support with the required documentation for the cluster.
  • Organize cluster / country-specific meeting, create/prepare country specific slides, preparing and documentation the meeting minutes for all cluster/country meetings.
  • Prepare and support in preparing necessary local/Global management reports related to the cluster.
  • Monitor, track on a cluster level Key Performance Indicators for the progress of the deployment activity.
  • Support global Execution Excellence team with the required reports, data as needed.
  • Coordinate with Global Execution Excellence team and align with the Global Execution Excellence team and align with the global guidelines, procedures, tools and ensure proper implementation in the cluster countries.
  • Ensure Micro Soft planning tool is updated on a cluster level (covering all countries in a cluster).
  • Support the implementation of globally communicated processes and tools, to ensure effective change management.
  • Implement Timesheet Management, by ensuring timely and accurate timesheet reporting including oversee approval timesheets for monthly closing process, review of completeness of data, serve as 1st point of contact for local employees with regards to questions on time tracking process, perform cluster cost control according to Reiwa financial rules and instructions, provide monthly input on cost estimates and resource development, coordinate with local cluster/country, global and Infosys teams and effective stakeholder management.

Your background

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or master´s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Fluent English
  • Expertise (Years): more than 10 years of experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills with multi-cultural experience, results oriented and Value driven
  • Good working knowledge of MX Office
  • Project Management Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, led at least a team of 5 or more during the last 5 years
