Hitachi Energy is seeking a Customer Success Intern for its Jefferson City, MO location. This role provides internal and external communication expertise and counsel relating to Company products and their marketability. It also includes participating in customer programs to foster action plans and implementation by enhancing customer satisfaction. Provide research, analytical and promotional support for the Customer Care Manager in developing communication tools, organizing support groups to aid customer care, product requirements, and marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities

• Research and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and other relevant information.
• Obtain information from customers to determine specific requirements, attitudes, effects of current and potential regulations and other information that may affect marketing strategies.
• Provide support and recommendations for campaign strategies and related communications.
• Maintain a competitor information system that provides rapid, up-to-date information for short and long-term planning.
• Develop competitor analysis containing key activities and statistics.
• Manage the proposal tracking system including system updates, maintenance and report generation to ensure timely and effective responses to customers and effective coordination of proposal elements offered concurrently to different customers.
• Perform a variety of other duties such as conducting surveys, coordinating and documenting bookings' forecasts, and analyzing market research questionnaires.

Your background

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a U.S. institution.
• Degree programs in Business, Marketing or similar fields of study.
• Some experience with technical specifications, customer relations or technical sales.
• Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
