The portfolio consists of applications supporting internal controls management and audit processes. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for managing IT services for assigned application portfolio including demand, lifecycle and vendor management. Successful candidate would have a couple of years of experience in the IT service management role in international, multicultural environment. Alternatively extensive experience as an Application Manager for large scale, complex solutions with will and potential to grow into the new role.
Your responsibilities
- manage the application through the whole lifecycle;
- ensure seamless application operations and ticket resolution ac-cording to the defined KPI’s/ SLAs;
- define and implement application metrics and monitoring according to the company standards and processes for service transparency, planning and quality management;
- manage day-to-day activities external 3rd party service supplier;
- propose and deliver actions required to improve the overall quality of the service;
- supervise delivery of change requests, supporting related quality assurance, release management and deployment;
- support the portfolio manager in managing the budget effectively; define cost estimates and project plans;
- establish relationship with business partners and stakeholders, understand their strategical, operational needs, resolve issues, and manage expectations;
- collaborate with the business stakeholders to identify and manage the application requirements with the support of a business analyst;
- manage communication to stakeholders, including news, announcements and metrics reporting.
Your background
- 3-5 years of experience in key positions in IT service or project delivery;
- minimum Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or business management alternatively relevant working experience;
- self-driven and problem solving personality with high sense of responsibility and commitment; customer focused and quality driven approach;
- ability to operate in dynamic environment with capability to define priorities and negotiate relevant delivery plans;
- team player mindset with high degree of intercultural awareness;
- practical knowledge of IT service delivery standards preferably confirmed by an industry recognized certification;
- will to continuously develop and build up new skills and competence;
- fluency in English - verbal and writing;
- project management or business analysis experience would be an advantage.
