Join Hitachi ABB Power Grids and work in a team that is dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies allow greater access to cleaner energy. You will join a team of engineers in our Transformers Business Unit located in Monselice (PD). You will support the continuous improvement (CI) culture within the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement manager on Capex development related to the growth plan;
• Give support to the team’s project management activities;
• Support the team on dynamic and various production improvement projects ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements;
• Interface with different departments such as production, engineering, sales, project management;
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• A master’s degree in engineering (management/mechanical/electrical or others);
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point); knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
• Fluency in Italian and English (b2/c1);
• Curiosity, organization, strong teamworking skills and willingness to share and collaborate.
