We are looking for a smart, flexible, eclectic team player, located in S. San Giovanni/ Genova, to support internal and external communication activities and development of campaigns dedicated to specific topics, including the implementation of all the tools and management of the various distribution channels necessary to reach the target audience.

Your responsibilities

  • The promotion of a culture of quality, inclusion, cultural learning and operational excellence:
  • Production of launch articles, infographics, video interviews.
  • Updating and alignment to the branding of existing material (Quality Policy, presentation, etc.)
  • Management of promotion activities on the various channels
  • Interface between the Communications Manager, the various functions, the operating units and the HBUs
  • Management of relations with the external agency:
  • Administrative management: order creation, goods receipt, cost tracking management
  • Revision and control of materials carried out, guaranteeing the homogeneity of messages, consistency with the BU's strategy and alignment of branding
  • Management of internal programs on quality and HSE: recognition of virtuous behaviour in the field of quality and health and safety at work through the institutionalization of an Award
  • Coordination of the inputs of the various GPGs and newsletter layout and distribution
  • Support to Diversity 360°: campaign to spread the culture of inclusiveness as a qualifying element of our company to retain and attract talents
  • Creation of a campaign to involve our people to enhance the talents in the company and to be witnesses andambassadors of our values
  • Identification of young influencers and implementation of a Social Media campaign to attract new talent, including implementation of the necessary content and materials
  • Drafting of a launch article for the initiative
  • Support to internal programs and initiatives for external content campaigns
  • Identification and involvement of universities and training environments to get in touch with future potential new talents
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Communication/ Web Marketing
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Power Point and Excel
  • Good relational and communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of social
  • Knowledge of AEM ( Adobe Experience Manager) will be considered a plus
  • Good Knowledge of English both written and spoken (B2-C1)
