You will take care of contract qualification, non-conformity resolution, vendor classification ensuring costumers satisfaction with PGTR products within the Power Grids Transformers.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure costumers satisfaction with PGTR products via applying risk-oriented quality assurance methodologies and necessary supplier improvement initiatives to achieve on-time and on-quality delivery of the supplier parts/materials.
• Complete quality audits, surveillance, and the inspections at supplier manufacturing locations.
• Perform supply quality issue resolution for escalated suppliers.
• Lead the supplier tracking for each BU/HUB category.
• Lead the supplier performance improvement actions for the targeted suppliers.
• Implement and sustain PG/PGTR supply quality procedures within the BU/HUB’s.
• Ensure the appropriate utilization of the SBM tools.

Your background

• More than 8 years of experience in production processes, quality and a factory process knowledge in general.
• A previous experience in process Industry/Car industry in function as Quality and Operation is a plus.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Risk-oriented person, with experience in filtering suppliers, make audit, run sustainability program, check Vendors’ compliance.
• Customer Oriented qualities, the applicant has to be a bridge between vendor and customer and capable to solve any issue could come up from customers side.
• Task Oriented and action oriented.
