WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a digital analyst to focus performance marketing, further our display and paid social strategies, manage client relationships and deliver best in class execution. Reporting directly into the Team Lead you will be part of a growing team being formed to help expand our services in market, working with some of the biggest brands in retail and travel.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Working for campaign launch, daily operation and post buy
  • SEM execution plan (such as Baidu, Red, Douyin, ect) generation based on strategy.
  • Social (WeChat, Red, Weibo,etc) and display execution plan based on media strategy
  • Experience of turning insights and segments into addressable search and /or social marketing
  • Daily operation and execution work quality control, familiar with the platform activation
  • Provide regular reporting and optimization reports to continually enhance client’s programs.
  • Client communication & timeline management to ensure the campaign executive smoothly.
  • Real-time On-air monitoring & performance tracking and optimization.
  • Support campaign Post-buy generation with implication for future.

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Media planning and optimization knowledge with 1-2 year experience in SEM marketing (Baidu, Douyin, Red, etc.) and social (WeChat, Weibo, Red, etc.) projects planning and executive in digital marketing agency or media agency.
  • Understanding of performance-driven media tactics, especially in Baidu, Douyin, Red bidding channel.
  • Demonstrate data analysis skills, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Detail oriented, with excellent and proactive project follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with analysing results and draw insights which improve performance
  • Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve an inspire.
  • Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
  • Priorities had experience in programmatic buy(PD/PDB)
