Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation You will be the Senior Project Engineer for all Engineering& Commissioning activities related to diverse High Voltage Substation (AIS+GIS+Hybrid HV Substations - Primary& Secondary& S/S Automation Engineering) and Electrical Balance of Plant& Automation engineering activities of Power Generation projects in PGGI Turkey (HUB_Europe Region). Reporting to the Engineering& Commissioning Manager, You will drive excellence by ensuring that Engineering activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed in accordance with customer expectations, contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Working closely with customers to shape and deliver solutions and utilizing feedback to drive the delivery of innovative improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leading and coordinating Engineering teams across various disciplines on projects of medium complexity, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Developing and reviewing standard processes, tools and techniques while ensuring that Engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Overseeing the creation of subcontracts and assisting Supply Chain in the management of subcontractors.
- Supporting the Project Manager in overall project risk and opportunity assessments and overseeing the implementation of resulting improvement and mitigation actions.
- Preparing project engineering proposals, coordinating documents and engineering estimates and performing related Engineering risk analysis.
- Providing technical details, costs and deliverables for Sales proposals.
- Supporting contract managers in issuing claims related to changes in project scope, including assessing cost and time impacts as well as risk quantifications.
- Resolving complex technical issues both remotely and on domestic and international customer sites.
- Health, safety and environment (HSE): Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in High Voltage Substations and EBOP Activities of Power Plants, leading of projects end-to-end. Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Experience in projects in Power Transmission& Distribution, Industrial Zones, Transportation industries.
- Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a highly business savvy and result-oriented mindset.
- Being comfortable in ability to communicate/discuss complex technical topics with clients. Possessing a high level of self-motivation and curiosity.
- Being available for short/mid period travels. Completed military service for male applicants.
