Responsibilities
- Monitor execution of Yardi system operations by current Application Management Service provider
- Perform Application Admin duties in projects and change request
- Assess impact of new real estate leasing requirements/change requests for impact to existing processes, interfaces, and operations
- Work with business users and software vendors to find solution that balance the business needs with system/costs constraints
- Carry out projects and delivery of approved change requests
- Conduct leasing training for end-users
- Work with AMS provider and software vendors to resolve users and system issues
Requirements
- Dual qualifications in Information System and Business Administration are highly desirable
- Experiences with Yardi Voyager in terms of consulting, data migration, user training and system support. Knowledge of SAP RE/FX and Anacle Simplicity are added advantages
- Expected to have work exposure to marketing/leasing of commercial real estate, tenant billing/collection, asset management, property tax and system integrations
