We are looking to attract a professional with a proven track record in the execution of customer projects. Supporting and strengthening our team in Baden within the area of power grid automation (high-voltage substations), you will be responsible for managing the entire project, which will include representing Hitachi's interests in dealings with customers. This demanding role would be best suited to a candidate with a background in engineering and demonstrable experience in project management, as well as the ability to plan and coordinate all project-related activities in pursuit of excellence. We are thoroughly committed to continuously improving our performance and delivering outstandingtechnical and commercial solutions.

Your responsibilities

• In this exciting role, you will be responsible for implementing domestic and international projects within the area of Substation Automation. You will manage the assigned projects from the initial handover from Sales to the successful completion of all on-site work
• Your tasks will include coordinating an international project team and overseeing the efficient use of allocated resources
• As the key point of contact, you will embrace an open and proactive approach to communication in your efforts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Drawing on your business expertise, you will manage the customer contract and take full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project

Your background

• This position requires technical qualifications in Electrical Engineering as well as business-related experience
• In addition to your proven track record in project management, your credentials will include the ability to integrate into our international team
• Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI, or equivalent) would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
• In addition, your profile will include a self-motivated approach and team spirit, underpinned by well-developed leadership skills
• A fluent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential, complemented by proficiency in the use of German at a business level
• Additional language skills are considered a valuable asset
