The Job

You will be part of the Group Technology, Group Systems team with its objective is to deliver an optimized business operating digitalized platform for the business. We work in partnership with our corporate departments in CapitaLand to ensure this objective is met at the best optimum cost.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to engage Corporate Business stakeholders in scoping and analyzing their digital optimization business requirements
  • Assist to engage Corporate Business stakeholders to solutioning and building the relevant presentations to justify these programs
  • Assist to research on disruptive and/or new enterprise scale projects and systems that are being deployed globally
  • Discuss and engage stakeholders in the areas of Optimise Business Operations and roadmaps
  • Align these to CapitaLand’s IT processes and technology roadmaps
  • Lead and deliver projects to completion

Requirements

  • Degree in IT / Computing / IT Business System or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in engaging and deploying systems on a global scale.
  • Experience with business analytical skills preferred
  • Have a working level understanding of business budgeting and forecasting processes of an enterprise corporate organization.
  • Experience with Financial ERP modules such as IBM Cognos Consolidation application or IBM TM1/Planning Analytics budgeting and planning application.
  • Good working knowledge of data integration and data exchange between systems.
  • Ability to be an active listener and able to be problem solver
  • Proactive in offering their views on enabling a faster robust and cost-effective system
  • Highly adaptable to change
