The Infrastructure Release Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the IT Infrastructure roadmap, working with all Infrastructure Product Groups and other Departments. They will provide the single source of truth to our business and other stakeholders on the service improvements and new services to be launched by Global IT Infrastructure, coordinating the full lifecycle of new services and products into the environment.

Your responsibilities

  • The Infrastructure Release Manager will provide the single source of truth to our business and other stakeholders on the service improvements and new services to be launched by Global IT Infrastructure, coordinating the full lifecycle of new services and products into the environment.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborates closely with the Infrastructure Product Groups, Integration Architect, Regional Delivery Leads, Service Integration Department, and other IT Departments to create, maintain and update the Infrastructure & Service Integration roadmap.
  • Release Management: Coordinate the release cycles from Infrastructure & Service Integration product groups, including the target audiences, communication method and feedback mechanisms. Standardize and manage the full lifecycle of releases from testing through to BAU service.
  • Business & User Engagement: Identify and engage appropriate Business testers/superusers/pilot users for product releases. Define and maintain a number of communities that allow feedback, ideas, demands and requirements to be fed back from those communities to Infrastructure & Integration.
  • Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with other Global IT Departments to provide roadmap and release information into planning activities, project reviews and relevant systems (e.g. ServiceNow).

Your background

  • Min. 5 years of experience in IT operations including past exposure to corporate communications and group management
  • Proven experience in repeated implementation of successful corporate level end user support programs; strong ownership and leadership demonstrated with a success track over previous assignments.
  • Extensive project team management experience required
  • Good knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow), SharePoint, MS Office products, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills in English.
