We’re looking for an Operations Engineer who is not afraid to talk to the person sitting next to him and recognizes the importance of both individual and group effort to deliver and maintain high quality product, meeting customer needs. You will be part of Enterprise Software Solutions Operational Team working on various cloud based solutions from asset and workforce management, energy market trading to asset condition monitoring. In this role you will be accountable for the following activities:

Your responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and issue diagnosis of enterprise class, cloud-based software solutions.
• Build, maintain and constantly improve monitoring and alerting capabilities including performance, security and applications’ health.
• Work with the R&D teams to seamlessly integrate sprint artifacts into operational systems with minimal impact to our customers.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in computer science, information sciences or a related field;
• 3+ years of working experience in the operations team.
• Hands-on experience with introducing and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions for software applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka and service oriented architecture is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and technical writing skills in English to troubleshoot the issues and communicate with various groups.
