Your responsibilities

• Sell products, system and services of Power Grids to customers to achieve required business targets on T&D market in Jiangsu Province.
• Manage marketing & sales operation procedure in whole process, including project forecasts, analysis, pursuing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, collecting accounts receivable, post-sales, data maintenance, etc.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/system/ service offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in science or engineering (electrical related major preferred).
• More than 5 years of experiences on sales, business development, account management in in power grids industry/market.
• Responsible and stable, self-driven & result orientated, strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset.
• Adequate English & MS office skills.
