Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and lead development tasks as required in projects. Accountable for Build, Test & deploy across Service Portfolios – Ensure projects delivered to Time/ Cost & Scope
  • Centrally manage company end user computers and mobile device using MDM, GPO, SEPM (Anti-Virus) to ensure end user devices meet compliance requirement which include Anti-spam/anti-virus update, Windows patch update, disk encryption.
  • Manage Windows 10 OS image and software distribution.
  • Provide L3 support of Exchange Online with other Office 365 services including Email, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
  • Implement end user computer improvements, new technologies, services, and processes. Ensure the solution delivery is aligned with the overall global architecture.
  • Manage office application such as Video Conferencing, Room Booking system, Printer Server.
  • Maintain and manage external relationships for IT services matters (e.g., contracts, licenses)

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant fields.
  • 3-5 years of experiences in IT client service preferably in large organization.
  • Strong knowledge on Windows 10 OS deployment, patch update, Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Familiar with MS O365 administration and proficient in MS Exchange online, OneDrive, MS Teams support.
  • Good understanding on end user technology such as Mobile Device Management, End Point device administration, software distribution, bit-locker, modern authentication.
  • Experience on VMWare Workspace one will be a good advantage.
  • Hand-on skills using remote supporting tool for end user support.
  • Understand cloud computing, virtual desktop, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models on enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of networking and network protocols.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Pro-active/self-starter, capable to work with minimal supervision.
  • “Can-do” attitude and willing to learn
  • Microsoft (MCSE/MCSA) and PMP certified is beneficial
