Responsibilities for AM/DM (Warehouse Central Ops)
- The candidate will be in the Central WH Ops team and will coordinate and oversee the
successful implementation of process improvement programs in Moglix warehouses
pan-India.
- As central-ops, the candidate will be owner of pan-India warehouse KPIs and will strive
to improve them. This will require feedback loop of continuous monitoring of the KPIs,
analyzing the gaps together with the warehouses, and implementing the plan for their
improvement.
- Co-ordinate between the warehouses in matters of inter-warehouse processes and
operations.
- Communicate the standard operating procedures to the warehouses and centrally drive
their adoption.
- Train warehouse staff in industry standards and Moglix processes from time to time.
Qualifications for AM/DM (Warehouse Central Ops)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engg. preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Warehouse management setup involving warehouse
operations, process improvement, inventory management etc. Experience in e-
commerce and experience in scaling warehouse operations desirable.
- Functional knowledge of Warehousing operations, Inventory management, Warehouse
capacity optimization, Warehouse process improvement programs.
- Functional certifications like Six sigma and implementation of any process improvement
program in an actual organizational setup (not just theoretical projects) preferred.
- Excellent analysis and presentation skills in MS-Excel/Google Sheets and
Powerpoint/Google Slides.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Stakeholders will include
ground SCM teams from warehouses pan-India.
