About the Role

We are seeking a G&A Recruiter who can accelerate our commercial recruiting efforts globally. Our ideal candidate is a flexible recruiter who is excited to support all facets of our growing business and who can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk. We are looking for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to supercharge their career trajectory at a rapid-growth business.

At Applied you will:

  • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various finance, marketing, HR, recruiting, sales, and operation roles. 
  • Screen, recruit, and interview candidates
  • Become an expert on the autonomous vehicle industry and be our external representative for talent
  • Learn Applied's unique culture and help influence this positive culture 
  • Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Build and manage a calendar of staffing initiatives

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Has 4+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting
  • Has 2+ years of experience recruiting business professionals, preferably at a growing software company
  • Has experience building partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Has an ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Has strong organizational skills
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Agency and in-house experience 
  • Executive recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting at a top software company
  • Experience recruiting at an autonomous vehicle company
  • Global recruiting experience
