Working within the Sexual Health team, you will be an independent Advanced Practitioner across our Cheshire West and Chester Sexual Health services, therefore you will ideally have a driving licence and your own car. 

You will be based primarily at our Fountains service based on Delamere Street in Chester however you will be required to travel to our other sites.

We partner with the NHS to make difference to people in Chester. We provide free and confidential sexual health services in Cheshire West and Chester including Winsford, Northwich and Ellesmere Port. Our services include providing free information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgemental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations.

Main Responsibility

As the Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team where you will use your experience to practice autonomously and flexibly. 

The Ideal Candidate

You will have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification, NMC registered and hold a prescribing qualification.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
