The Job

The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, CapitaStar@Work, eCapitaMall, Capita3Eats, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard which encompasses CRM, eCommerce, payments, lifestyle services and retail + workspace solutioning. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group’s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalizing and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, enrich tenant experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners and customers.

You will be responsible for strengthening the positioning of our Digital Platforms across both retail and workspace industries. A key part of this role is to support B2C, B2B, B2B2C solutioning with best in class thought leadership content and strategic partnerships such as AMEX CapitaCard. You will also be supporting the strategizing and driving a mix of large scale integrated campaigns and tactical campaigns island-wide to achieve growth, engagement and conversion targets for each of the platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise and execute end to end integrated marketing and media plans to drive growth for all platforms
  • Find opportunities to create thought leadership content for our proprietary digital platforms
  • Manage and build key partnerships and collaborate effectively across multi-teams to drive strong business results
  • Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimisation of marketing performance
  • Keep up with latest marketing technologies and growth hacking through constant learning and testing to uncover new marketing opportunities
  • Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a tech, corporate or startup environment preferred with proven track record of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns for both Web and APP products
  • Committed to driving results and positive customer experience with a growth mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy
  • Proficient in marketing tools, including and not limited to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Appflyer, Google Tag Manager and programming language (HTML) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with strategic/ analytical mindset is crucial
