The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, CapitaStar@Work, eCapitaMall, Capita3Eats, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard which encompasses CRM, eCommerce, payments, lifestyle services and retail + workspace solutioning. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group’s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalizing and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, enrich tenant experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners and customers.
You will be responsible for strengthening the positioning of our Digital Platforms across both retail and workspace industries. A key part of this role is to support B2C, B2B, B2B2C solutioning with best in class thought leadership content and strategic partnerships such as AMEX CapitaCard. You will also be supporting the strategizing and driving a mix of large scale integrated campaigns and tactical campaigns island-wide to achieve growth, engagement and conversion targets for each of the platforms.
