Note: We do not currently have an immediate opening for this role but we are accepting and reviewing applications as they come in with the assumption that we’ll be adding another Website Growth Specialist in the next few months.

IMPACT is seeking an ambitious, client-facing website growth strategist. In this position you will be the go-to contact for all client communication, responsible for ensuring that projects stay on track, updating timelines as needed, the controller for the backend operations tasks in our Project Management Softtware and, overall, supporting the senior strategists with implementation and strategy work, as needed.

IMPACT is a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner that provides marketing/sales training and web development services/training, mostly for HubSpot websites. We help clients achieve their sales and marketing goals by adopting the They Ask, You Answer framework.

You should apply to this job if you have 1-3 years of website project management and strategy experience, including user experience (UX), conversion optimization, and analytics. Ideal candidates will also have digital marketing experience, have experience working with clients who use HubSpot, and be familiar with the growth-driven design methodology.

We’re looking for a true team player to support our lead strategists, creative team and guide our clients to success.

Requirements

• Strong client communication skills: Ability to take charge/lead a client, manage a scope, build trusted advisor status, and educate.
• Technical skills: SEO fundamentals, conversion optimization, testing, sitemaps and site architecture, website copywriting, etc.
• HubSpot expertise: All aspects of the CMS hub and marketing hub, reporting, etc.
• Comfort with fundamental tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, behavioral data tools (Lucky Orange/Hotjar), Semrush, etc.
• Strong project management skills: We operate in Scrum and use Clickup.

Location: This is a remote position.

Salary: $60,000 -$80,000 based on experience.
