The Pharmacy Technician, Compounding Specialist will be part of all compounding operations on site. They will work closely with the rest of the compounding team to help build out operations, make compounded medications on a daily basis, and develop new ideas for the future. You will be joining the company's first compounding unit.

You possess an appreciation for the complexity and responsibility required to be an excellent compounding specialist, and both excite you!

What You'll Do:

• Work with the compounding manager to execute daily operations of Ro’s Compounding Pharmacy
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met by working side by side with the compounding manager
• Follow best practices and Policies and Procedures to safely and effectively create compounded products under the supervision of the compounding manager

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 1+ years of experience in a compounding role where you were responsible for compounded product preparation.
• Working knowledge of the compounding process, best practices for formulations and procedures
• Highly independent and autonomous
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of FL
• Strong, metric-driven operator who works well in a team environment
