CPO Solutions Technical Marketing Engineer, Campus and Branch

About the Position:

Join the AIDE TME/Solutions Team that work with the PLMs for Branch SRX, NFX and EX switching along with the software to manage these devices. This role will be flexible across the portfolio and to interface with the Engineering Teams that actual build the products.

Responsibilities:

Working on the AIDE Solution Architect/TME team with focus on Technical Marketing Engineer (TME). We develop Best Practices, Reference Architectures, Demonstrations and engage in complex customer design/implementations. Scaling the Solutions, we create, is our laser focus, so this position will concentrate in areas or routing and switching as well as security and automation within Mist Wired and WAN Assurance product.

CPO Solutions Technical Marketing Engineer, Campus and Branch

This is a technical role, providing primarily AI-Driven Enterprise Solution delivery in the Juniper Networks CPO Solutions Team. Juniper Networks CPO AI-Driven Enterprise Solutions Team develops the full production ready delivery of the Juniper AIDE Campus and Branch solutions. Prior to building the proper software features, all development, of the architecture, must be planned and executed by hand to validate proper functionality. An ideal candidate would have experience with Campus and Branch Architecture, Mist and Contrail Service Orchestration experience would be a plus.

The TME may be given some initial training and familiarization, but will be expected to have strong Junos OS, SRX and EX Product line experience to deliver immediate contribution. The Specialist will initially work with other Consultants to support, enhance, and improve the AI-Driven Enterprise Solution taking direction from the hiring manager, Campus and Branch PLMs and fellow team members.

There is a wide range of SD-WAN/LAN/Branch/Campus Services offered, which the TME will be expected to deliver, ranging from PoCs/Demos, Design, Deployment, Configuration, Customization, Testing and Training. The role involves delivering the Technical documentation for Technical Decision Makers, Do's, Don’ts and Gotchya's of the support Mist Assurance software, POC assistance for System Engineers, Demonstrations to customers and prospects as well as other tasks required within the Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Work as a Technical Marketing Engineer to deliver AI-Driven Enterprise collateral
• Create documentation to meet requirements set forth but the other TMEs on the team
• POC assistance for System Engineers and SE Specialists
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with AIDE teams in India and abroad
• Develop and maintain an in-depth technical and marketing knowledge of the Juniper Networks products

Experience/Background Desired

• 3-5yrs experience as TME or technical product capacity
• Working knowledge of JunOS
• Systems integration experience
• Strong communication (Verbal and Written) skills

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering or field experience
• Juniper certifications in Enterprise Routing/Switching/Security

Personal Skills/Attributes Sought

• Experience in Campus Routing/Switching designs is essential
• Proven capability to effectively transfer knowledge to technical teams, both through formal and informal training
• Effective planning & communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills

Location, Language and Travel

• Strong command of the English language
