The Creative QA Analyst is responsible for testing responsive emails, banners, OLA, and advanced creative components such as rich media, landing pages and whole web sites (depending on seniority).

The individual in this position must be familiar with designer software such as Photoshop and illustrator, have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, as well as general understanding of back-end and mobile technologies. Within more senior positions the individual must have fluency in test case management tools and should show mentoring skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QA tasks (defect tracking, testing, etc.) 
• Perform creative testing: OLA, design, email
• Report issues and work with superiors to resolve them
• Prepare and update QA documents for testing

Qualifications

• Designer degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years’ QA related experience
• Familiarity with creative testing
• Familiarity with email testing
• Familiarity with OLA testing
• English level B1 or higher

Skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with design tools like photoshop and illustrator.
• Familiarity with project and bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla, Quality Center).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of mobile technologies (e.g. iOS/Android).
